Site layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document release is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key detailing distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the continuing oversight process.
